As an executive, Mr. Timlick has held complete responsibility for P&L, strategic planning, operations, business development, marketing and sales management. He is recognized as a strong leader with the proven ability to develop relationships as a trusted advisor to Board of Directors, CEO’s and their top teams. Rick helps his clients execute top-down organizational change that results in bottom line profitability.


Rick has supported the transformation organizations ranging in revenue from $3B corporations to <$5M small businesses all across Canada, the United States, and abroad - which have included at times very remote client locations. His work has included consulting organizations dealing with complex operational issues, initial chartering of new executive teams, major process redesigns, as well as senior management strategic planning.
